• Hold current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Prior experience in school-based physical therapy preferred; background in pediatric or healthcare PT a plus
• Strong knowledge of compliance standards in an educational environment
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents

• Demonstrated documentation and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ eligibility for PT services and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver targeted interventions and therapy sessions, supporting students in accessing curriculum and activities
• Collaborate with special education teams to set and monitor progress on goals
• Educate and counsel families and school staff on strategies and adaptations that foster student independence and participation
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
