Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in school settings
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of students’ physical abilities and develop tailored treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
- Deliver direct therapy sessions and monitor student progress
- Document services provided and maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to student goal setting and achievement strategies
