Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of pediatric physical therapy principles
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse student populations
  • Skills in therapeutic assessment and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ motor skills and physical abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with educational objectives
  • Deliver engaging individual and group interventions
  • Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough records and track student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to goal planning
