Physical Therapist - School Setting in Eastover, SC

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to K-12 students at various sites in alignment with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with district and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student access to educational environments
• Monitor student progress regularly, adjusting interventions as needed
• Ensure all services meet ethical, legal, and professional guidelines
