Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with active credentials
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills for managing a school caseload
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Adaptable and enthusiastic about working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services and interventions to students per individualized education plans
- Document progress and collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
- Participate in monthly meetings and roundtable discussions for holistic student support
- Engage in annual performance reviews and regular 1:1 check-ins with leadership
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives promoting efficient and innovative PT service delivery
