School Physical Therapist | Elgin, Illinois

Step into a fulfilling school-based role as a Physical Therapist working with middle and high school students. This onsite, part-time contract position is located near Elgin, IL, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through May 20, 2027. Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience or interest in school-based practice
• Comfortable working with middle and high school-aged students
• Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
• Organized and able to manage a consistent weekly schedule
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative services to students, implementing IEP goals
• Complete assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Develop treatment plans utilizing provided equipment and testing materials
• Work onsite 1 day per week (7.5 hours) to provide therapy and support
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and fellow clinicians during scheduled meetings
• Participate in annual performance reviews and process improvement activities
