Key Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy license
- Experience in school-based or pediatric PT settings highly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP and special education processes
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ physical therapy needs
- Collaborate with educators and families to ensure integrated support
- Accurately document treatment sessions and progress notes
- Adapt interventions to accommodate various student abilities and needs
- Contribute to a positive, proactive school culture
