Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California state PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children, including those with diverse physical needs
• Able to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and applicable state/federal regulations preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify physical therapy needs affecting their academic participation
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual student goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary team members to support holistic student development
• Document services, progress, and outcomes in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to team planning
• Provide training and resources to staff and families to support therapy goals in the classroom and at home
