What You Bring:

• Current Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Experience with K-12 student populations preferred, but not required
• Adaptable, collaborative approach within multidisciplinary school teams

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans for students from kindergarten through high school
• Conduct thorough assessments and regularly monitor progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
• Complete timely and accurate reports, adhering to state and district guidelines
• Foster an inclusive, accessible learning environment that supports each child’s unique needs
