Key Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required
- Skills related to PT in schools, PTA support, and healthcare required
- School-based experience preferred, though not essential
- Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload

Responsibilities:
- Provide both direct and indirect physical therapy services to students
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with teaching staff, parents, and other professionals to optimize student care
- Maintain clear documentation of progress, interventions, and outcomes
- Support and guide PTAs involved in the school setting
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult with multidisciplinary teams for student development
