Key Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required
• Skills related to PT in schools, PTA support, and healthcare required
• School-based experience preferred, though not essential
• Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload

Responsibilities:

• Provide both direct and indirect physical therapy services to students
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff, parents, and other professionals to optimize student care
• Maintain clear documentation of progress, interventions, and outcomes
• Support and guide PTAs involved in the school setting
• Participate in IEP meetings and consult with multidisciplinary teams for student development
