Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ goals
• Document sessions, maintain accurate records, and track measurable progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
• Educate staff and families regarding techniques that support student growth
