Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of IEPs, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions for school-aged children
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with a diverse student population
• Willingness to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, teachers, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative PT services to students with a variety of physical and developmental needs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
• Document student progress in accordance with school and professional standards
• Educate staff and families on therapeutic interventions and safe practices
• Participate in team meetings to ensure integrated student support
• Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and district policies
