Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse student needs and school routines

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ functional abilities
• Develop and execute therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
• Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor outcomes
• Provide consultative support to the educational team regarding accommodations and adaptive strategies
