Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse student needs and school routines
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ functional abilities
- Develop and execute therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
- Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor outcomes
- Provide consultative support to the educational team regarding accommodations and adaptive strategies
