Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active PT license in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with pediatric populations, especially within schools, is highly valued
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth
• Ability to manage a caseload and document services in compliance with state and federal regulations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students’ physical therapy needs
• Design and implement effective intervention plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services across school settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student participation and success
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning and advocacy
• Support a positive, inclusive environment conducive to each student’s development
