Physical Therapist - School Setting in Fairfield, CA

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and deliver direct treatment services to students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, administrators, and other support staff as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Track and document student progress to adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing your expertise to shape meaningful student goals and accommodations
• Foster improvement in student mobility, strength, coordination, functional skills, and independence

What You Bring:

• Current California Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Experience working in a school environment or with children is highly valued
• Excellent skills in communication, organization, and teamwork
