What You’ll Do:
- Conduct physical therapy assessments and deliver direct treatment services to students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, administrators, and other support staff as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Track and document student progress to adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing your expertise to shape meaningful student goals and accommodations
- Foster improvement in student mobility, strength, coordination, functional skills, and independence
What You Bring:
- Current California Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Experience working in a school environment or with children is highly valued
- Excellent skills in communication, organization, and teamwork
