Key Qualifications:

  • Able to work independently, managing time and priorities effectively
  • Willingness to travel to the school site as needed for student sessions at HVRHS

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess student needs and develop recommendations tailored to maximize their participation and mobility within the school environment
  • Work collaboratively with educators, staff, and caregivers to implement best practices
  • Conduct hands-on interventions directly with students, as determined by consultation outcomes
  • Document assessments, consultation notes, and interventions in alignment with school policies
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education planning as required
  • Provide professional guidance and training to staff to ensure continuity of care and program consistency
