Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license for Missouri (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for supporting students’ physical development and educational achievement
- Comfort working on-site and engaging directly with K-12 students, teachers, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct physical therapy services as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to optimize student progress
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, sessions, and outcomes
- Adapt therapy approaches to fit varying age groups and needs
