Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license for Missouri (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for supporting students’ physical development and educational achievement
  • Comfort working on-site and engaging directly with K-12 students, teachers, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct physical therapy services as outlined in IEPs
  • Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to optimize student progress
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, sessions, and outcomes
  • Adapt therapy approaches to fit varying age groups and needs
