Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license for Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or similar environment preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, students, and families
• Passion for enhancing students’ mobility, independence, and success in school settings

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students with physical and developmental challenges
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP objectives
• Provide direct therapy services to students as identified by special education teams
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers for optimal student outcomes
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of evaluations, progress, and services delivered
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Educate and train staff or families on mobility equipment and classroom modifications as needed
