School-Based Physical Therapist - Florissant, MO

Located near Florissant, MO, this full-time position (36 hours per week, 7 hours per day) offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners. You’ll work with a varied caseload—ranging from 30 to 60 students weekly—adapting your approach to each child’s unique abilities and needs. The assignment runs from ASAP through May 22, 2026, providing a stable schedule within a dynamic school environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in Missouri
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and develop individualized student goals
• Proficiency in documentation, evaluation, and progress monitoring for IEPs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement physical therapy goals tailored to student needs
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate on educational plans
• Deliver physical therapy services to students during the school day
• Complete quarterly progress evaluations on therapy goals
• Establish and manage therapy schedules across classrooms
• Provide consultation and guidance to staff as needed
