Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with active credentials
- Experience in a school setting or enthusiasm to work with K-12 students
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment
Duties:
- Deliver tailored physical therapy to students on your caseload, meeting IEP goals and developmental milestones
- Assess and monitor students’ progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Consult with teachers and staff to support student success across school activities
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Empower students to achieve functional goals through creative and engaging therapy sessions
