As part of the ESY services team, you will provide direct physical therapy to students, ensuring they meet their mobility, functional, and developmental goals throughout the summer session. Desired Skills & Experience:

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Experience providing PT services in schools or pediatric/healthcare settings
• Familiarity with IEPs and collaborative practices within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering student independence and engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative PT services to students in accordance with their IEPs or individualized programs
• Assess, document, and report on student progress, recommending interventions and modifications as needed
• Coordinate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service staff to support student success within the school environment
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards
