Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure and credentials to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Familiarity with writing reports and developing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
• Strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage paperwork and caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative Physical Therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Evaluate student needs, develop intervention plans, and document progress clearly
• Write comprehensive reports outlining assessment findings, service delivery, and recommendations
• Develop and monitor measurable IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, supporting the multidisciplinary team approach
• Maintain accurate and timely records compliant with all state and district requirements
