Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure and credentials to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Familiarity with writing reports and developing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
- Strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage paperwork and caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative Physical Therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Evaluate student needs, develop intervention plans, and document progress clearly
- Write comprehensive reports outlining assessment findings, service delivery, and recommendations
- Develop and monitor measurable IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, supporting the multidisciplinary team approach
- Maintain accurate and timely records compliant with all state and district requirements
