Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in California
- Prior experience working within schools or pediatric settings is preferred
- Deep understanding of IEPs and educational therapy documentation
- Strong assessment, therapy plan development, and goal-setting skills
- Excellent communication abilities with students, staff, and families
- Collaborative, flexible, and organized approach to multi-site service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and re-assessments to support individualized plans
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to promote student access and participation
- Document services and progress with accuracy and timeliness
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team decisions
- Offer consultative services and training to school staff when needed
