Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in California
• Prior experience working within schools or pediatric settings is preferred
• Deep understanding of IEPs and educational therapy documentation
• Strong assessment, therapy plan development, and goal-setting skills
• Excellent communication abilities with students, staff, and families
• Collaborative, flexible, and organized approach to multi-site service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and re-assessments to support individualized plans
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to promote student access and participation
• Document services and progress with accuracy and timeliness
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team decisions
• Offer consultative services and training to school staff when needed
