Desired Qualifications:
- Valid license as a Physical Therapist in New York State
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric environments preferred
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement therapy for students with a variety of needs

- Strong documentation and organizational abilities
- Commitment to supporting student engagement and success
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students and develop individualized physical therapy programs to address their specific needs
- Work directly with students during scheduled sessions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and independence
- Collaborate closely with educational staff to integrate therapy goals within classroom activities
- Monitor and document student progress, updating treatment plans as needed
- Educate and provide resources to staff and families to ensure ongoing support for students
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to help shape students’ educational experiences
