Physical Therapist (PT) – Geneva, NY

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, onsite contract position serving preschool students during both the Extended School Year (ESY) program and the start of the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team while covering a maternity leave, with the possibility of an extension into November.

Assignment Dates

• ESY: July 6, 2026 – August 14, 2026
• School Year: September 8, 2026 – October 31, 2026
• Potential Extension: Into November based on district needs

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to preschool students ages 3–5.
• Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and support student mobility and functional goals.

Caseload

• Preschool students (ages 3–5)
• Approximately 25–30 students
