School-Based Physical Therapist - Glen Burnie, MD

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted physical therapy interventions within school settings, supporting student access to learning
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services and progress notes
• Educate staff, families, and students on strategies to facilitate student participation and independence in school activities
