Physical Therapist - School Setting in Glendale, AZ

As the physical therapist in this role, you’ll provide a total of 150 minutes of direct services monthly, tailored to meet the individual needs of students. Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in Arizona
• Experience providing PT services in school or pediatric settings
• Strong communication and documentation abilities

• Previous work delivering IEP-based therapy or collaborating within multidisciplinary teams is a plus
• Capable of traveling between two nearby school campuses as needed

Primary Responsibilities:
