Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ physical therapy needs
- Develop and carry out individual education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students per IEP recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communication with stakeholders
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families and staff
