Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students ages 3–21 with physical needs

• Deliver direct and consultative PT services as outlined in IEPs
• Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings, documenting progress and adjusting strategies as needed
• Educate families and school staff regarding therapy techniques and student care
• Maintain thorough documentation of session notes, progress reports, and compliance paperwork
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students
