Your background in school-based physical therapy enables you to assess and implement individualized plans for students with a range of abilities. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid state license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or related setting is highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of developing and following IEP goals
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong collaborative mindset
  • Ability to manage caseloads and maintain accurate documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and create personalized therapy plans for students
  • Deliver direct and consultative PT services according to IEP requirements
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document and track student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Educate teachers, families, and staff on strategies that promote student success and participation
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices

Compensation for this position ranges from $42.41 to $62.41. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
