Physical Therapist - School Setting in Greenacres, WA

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Flexibility to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate student motor skills and physical function within the school environment
• Design and execute individualized therapy plans geared toward enhancing mobility, physical access, and classroom participation
• Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to foster integrated care and goal achievement
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional recommendations and support strategies
