Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy license
• Experience delivering PT services in a school-based environment
• Solid understanding of IEPs and the special education process
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, educators, and families

• Effective recordkeeping and progress monitoring abilities

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for each student, adapting strategies as needed
• Support the academic and functional success of students with diverse physical needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate PT goals within the classroom and school environment
• Maintain updated records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings as a valued member of the student support team
