Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across multiple settings in the upcoming academic year. This full-time physical therapy role involves working 35 hours per week from August 19, 2026, to May 28, 2027. You'll have the chance to collaborate with a diverse student population, delivering essential PT services in elementary, high school, intermediate grades (5 and 6), and home instruction environments. Manage a dynamic caseload of up to nine schools and play a key role in helping each student achieve their optimal potential.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist license in Ohio
- Experience providing PT services in school settings
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Capability to serve students across diverse age groups and settings
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Adaptability for travel across multiple locations
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering direct and consultative physical therapy services across assigned schools and home instruction environments
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized therapy plans for students
- Conducting physical therapy assessments and documenting progress
- Collaborating with administrators, teachers, and families to support student needs
- Contributing to IEP meetings and maintaining timely records
- Prioritizing service delivery for caseload across up to nine schools
