Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state
• Previous experience within a school setting strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work with students in grades K-12
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Positive, flexible attitude and a passion for supporting student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies to address students’ physical development and functional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families for integrated care and support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, intervention plans, and progress reports
• Attend team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning and support for student success
