Physical Therapist (PT) School-Based

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a school district team for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details

Start Date: August 19, 2026
End Date: May 28, 2027
Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Caseload: Elementary, Intermediate (Grades 5–6), High School, and Home Instruction
Travel: Up to 9 schools on caseload

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to students based on IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and support student success across educational settings

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage a multi-site caseload effectively
Experience working with students across a variety of age groups is a pluslus
