Physical Therapist - School Setting in Hackberry, AZ

Bring your passion for pediatric physical therapy to a contract opportunity supporting students near Hackberry, AZ for the 2026/2027 academic year. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy license for the state of Arizona
• Experience delivering PT services in school or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs and experience contributing to multidisciplinary teams a plus
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy goals for students with diverse needs
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct physical therapy services to students as specified in their IEPs
• Work alongside educators, parents, and other school professionals to optimize student outcomes
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and maintain required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise regarding motor development and adaptive strategies
• Support students in improving mobility, motor skills, and independence within the educational environment
