What we’re looking for:

• Current and valid Oregon Physical Therapist license (required)
• Previous experience in a school-based PT or pediatric setting is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and school-based documentation
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
• Capability to conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and track student progress
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic school environment
• Commitment to upholding ethical and professional best practices

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing students to identify developmental and physical needs impacting their educational participation
• Developing and executing individualized therapy interventions and goals
• Maintaining thorough, compliant records and progress notes
• Consulting with school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies in the classroom
• Engaging with families to support carryover of interventions at home
