Physical Therapist (PT) - School Setting

Soliant has partnered with a school district in the Happy Valley, OR area to hire a Physical Therapist for the 26/27 School Year. This is a 28 Hour/week position providing services to students from Preschool to 12th Grade. Qualified applicants should have a current Oregon PT license and previous school based experience. 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Oregon Physical Therapist (PT) license (required)
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare PT settings preferred
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and special education processes a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and service teams
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement therapy programs tailored to each student’s needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students according to their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Evaluate students’ motor skills, develop treatment plans, and set measurable goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents on strategies to maximize students’ school participation
• Document all interventions, progress, and communications in compliance with school and state policies
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations as needed

Compensation Details:

• Full and Part time candidates considered
• Hourly Pay: $50-$58
