School-Based Physical Therapist - Harpers Ferry, WV

This full-time role requires 37.5 hours a week, providing comprehensive physical therapy services for K-12 students. Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in West Virginia
• Prior experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements for school-based services
• Adaptability to travel between several schools within the district
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to supporting students’ educational and developmental goals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Supervise PTA activities and ensure all delegated tasks meet regulatory standards
• Collaborate with special education staff, parents, and other service providers to foster student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional expertise
• Maintain accurate and timely records of services and student progress
