Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Comfort working across diverse grade levels (Pre-K-8th)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans for students with varying needs
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving demands of a school environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students to identify their physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans supporting student goals and academic success
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress, maintain reports, and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide support and resources to classroom staff regarding student mobility and physical access
• Participate in IEP meetings as required
