You’ll work closely with a diverse caseload of 37 students, collaborating with teachers, families, and fellow professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. This contract role spans from August 4th, 2026, through December 18th, 2026, offering the chance to see student progress while enjoying a consistent schedule.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
- Experience in school-based or pediatric therapy highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to manage varying needs within a caseload.
- Dedication to fostering growth, independence, and participation in students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to students across varying grade levels.
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Contribute to meetings, provide staff in-services, and maintain required documentation.
- Adapt therapy plans to meet evolving student needs in an engaging, inclusive manner.
