Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid and current Physical Therapy license
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric PT settings preferred
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Strong understanding of IEP process and goal development
• Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Adaptability and compassion in working with diverse student populations

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments for students as referred
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to address students’ unique needs
• Support students’ access to the educational curriculum by improving mobility and physical function
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings to support student success
• Provide education and recommendations for adaptive equipment and classroom modifications
