Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid PT licensure in Illinois, or eligibility for licensure
• Previous pediatric or schools-based experience highly desired
• Strong team-minded attitude, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with school staff
• Ability to supervise and mentor PTAs with professionalism and support
• Comfortable adapting to multiple locations during the week

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality PT services to students aged 3-21
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Supervise and guide PTAs, reviewing treatment approaches and student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to maximize student success
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with school and district policies
