Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license in the state of Ohio
- Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong ability to adapt skills and strategies across elementary, intermediate, and high school populations
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities for partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Compassionate, organized, and proactive in delivering hands-on care and support to students
- Commitment to fostering inclusion and motivating students to achieve their potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services for a caseload of students across various grade levels and home settings
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement targeted interventions according to student needs
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and school staff to support academic access and participation
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and contribute to IEP processes
- Guide and educate families and caregivers on strategies to support student progress at home and in school environments
- Provide services across a range of school sites, ensuring consistency and quality of care
