Physical Therapist - School Setting in Hilliard, OH

Key Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience with pediatric and/or school-based populations strongly preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with students, teachers, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct PT services to students K-12 in accordance with individualized education plans
• Conduct thorough evaluations and contribute to the development of IEP goals
• Collaborate with classroom staff and special education teams to adapt activities and environments for students’ needs
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and state standards
• Provide consultation to school personnel and families regarding students’ therapy progress and strategies for carryover
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development as needed
