School-Based Physical Therapist - Hilliard, Ohio

This full-time role—35 hours per week—runs from October 12, 2026, through March 12, 2027, and is designed to cover two maternity leaves, spanning both the fall and winter seasons. Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Ohio
• Prior experience in a school setting, working with K-12 students
• Strong understanding of IEPs and ability to document progress towards therapy goals
• Comfortable managing a diverse caseload and collaborating with educators, parents, and students
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to provide services across multiple grade levels

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group physical therapy sessions to students across grades K-12
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ therapy needs and develop specialized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align physical therapy strategies with educational goals
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports as required by school guidelines
• Advise and educate teachers and families on student progress and recommend classroom modifications as necessary
• Participate in meetings and contribute to IEP development and goal setting
