Key Details:

• PT leave coverage needed from mid-December through mid-March (dates may shift slightly due to the nature of a maternity leave)
• Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 3:30 PM
• Elementary age student caseload across multiple buildings
• Includes the opportunity for a week of onboarding and transition before and after the main coverage period

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting desired
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling based on coverage needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to supporting the individual needs of elementary-aged students

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative PT services to elementary students, ensuring IEP goals are met
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote optimal student outcomes
• Travel between elementary buildings as scheduled
• Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation in compliance with school protocols
• Participate in staff meetings, parent conferences, and IEP team collaborations as needed
