Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current Physical Therapy license for the state of Florida
• Previous experience in school-based PT settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
• Reliable organizational and communication skills
• Open to providing services virtually (VOCO), with proper credentials
• Commitment to engaging and empowering students at all ability levels

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services tailored to students’ individualized plans
• Conduct scheduled in-person or virtual therapy sessions at each assigned charter school (times vary per site, with weekly and monthly appointments)
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with school and agency policies
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support students’ movement and participation in the school environment
• Create engaging, functional interventions adapted to each student’s needs and goals
• Travel or coordinate virtually between school sites according to schedule
