Step into an engaging full-time contract opportunity working with students ages 3-14 in a dynamic school environment nearby Holyoke, MA. This role runs from August 24th, 2026, through June 16th, 2027, offering a supportive setting where your expertise as a Physical Therapist will truly make an impact. You'll manage a well-balanced caseload of 7-9 students, collaborating closely with educators and families to maximize student success.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric therapy settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Capable of effective documentation and progress reporting.
  • Proficiency working both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct physical therapy services to students according to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Assess and monitor student progress, making adjustments to therapy programs as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to integrate therapeutic recommendations into daily routines.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student needs and goals.
  • Educate staff on student strategies, adaptive equipment, and accessibility.
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation for compliance with school and state regulations.
