School-Based Physical Therapist - Hull, Massachusetts

You’ll provide essential support for Extended School Year (ESY) services, working in-person to help students meet their physical therapy goals throughout the summer.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of best practices in school PT services
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and support staff
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive learning environment for students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students in alignment with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and reevaluations as required by state and local guidelines
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes with accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to update goals and strategies
• Adapt therapeutic techniques to a school environment, maximizing student participation and independence
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development
