Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with valid credentials in Texas
• Recent experience working in pediatric or educational settings preferred
• Familiarity with evaluation and treatment planning for school-aged children
• Skilled in supervising physical therapy assistants (PTAs)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with students, staff, and families
• Organized, efficient, and comfortable managing a varied caseload

Responsibilities:

• Complete physical therapy evaluations for students, developing individualized treatment recommendations
• Supervise and mentor PTAs, ensuring best practices and compliance with relevant guidelines
• Provide direct physical therapy services as required for K-12 students across multiple school locations
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote student progress and safety
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
