Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active or eligible Physical Therapy license in Indiana
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based physical therapy preferred
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs and student-centered treatment plans
  • Compassion, adaptability, and a passion for working with children and adolescents

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and determine appropriate interventions
  • Deliver evidence-based PT services to support mobility, participation, and academic access
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update IEPs
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
