Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), or eligibility to obtain licensure in Indiana
• Prior experience in a school setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Committed to delivering therapy that enables educational access and achievement for students

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to students with diverse needs, as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess, plan, and implement treatment strategies to improve students’ mobility, function, and participation within the school environment
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor progress on student goals
• Maintain accurate records, document services provided, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Educate staff and families on exercises and accommodations to promote carryover and maximize student success
