What We're Looking For:

• Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience working with pediatric populations, especially within school settings, is strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ physical abilities and needs to support access to their educational program
• Develop and deliver targeted therapy sessions, including both direct and consultative services
• Monitor, evaluate, and document students’ progress toward identified goals
• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and support
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team recommendations
• Educate staff and families on strategies to promote students’ physical development
