What We're Looking For:
- Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially within school settings, is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ physical abilities and needs to support access to their educational program
- Develop and deliver targeted therapy sessions, including both direct and consultative services
- Monitor, evaluate, and document students’ progress toward identified goals
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team recommendations
- Educate staff and families on strategies to promote students’ physical development
