Physical Therapist - School Setting in Janesville, WI

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license and eligibility to practice in Wisconsin
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Strong understanding of student-centered therapeutic approaches and IEP implementation
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to travel locally between multiple school sites as needed
• Commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group physical therapy sessions to a caseload of approximately 35 students
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and regularly monitor and document progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure students' needs are being met
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to support student growth and independence
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
