Key Qualifications:
- Active Georgia PT license required
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based physical therapy highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and school environments
- Exceptional organization and communication abilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students across PreK–high school settings, in accordance with IEP goals
- Evaluate students to determine functional abilities and therapy needs within an educational context
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support student participation and success
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to facilitate communication and student care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports to ensure compliance with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to multi-disciplinary team decisions
