Physical Therapist - School Setting in Jonesboro, GA

Key Qualifications:

• Active Georgia PT license required
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based physical therapy highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and school environments
• Exceptional organization and communication abilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students across PreK–high school settings, in accordance with IEP goals
• Evaluate students to determine functional abilities and therapy needs within an educational context
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support student participation and success
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to facilitate communication and student care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports to ensure compliance with school policies and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to multi-disciplinary team decisions
